  Прыжки с парашютом – это развлекательный и соревновательный вид спорта, смысл которого состоит в том, что участники выпрыгивают из самолета, надев парашют, и выполняют различные упражнения в воздухе. Наибольшее количество прыжков совершается с высоты 4200м. Мировой рекорд был поставлен при прыжке с высоты 24 500метров.
Тренировка
Перед прыжком обучающемуся предстоит пройти длительную и очень важную тренировку на земле. Здесь учат, как правильно обращаться со снаряжением и как проверять его перед полетом. Кроме того, на земле проходят теорию и практику полета, тренируются принимать нужное положение в воздухе, используя специальную технику; технологию приземления и основы первой медицинской помощи.
Существует 3 различные методики обучения прыжкам с парашютом: парный прыжок, одиночный прыжок и прыжок с вытяжной стропой паршюта (Static Line).
Парный прыжок – самый популярный и быстрый способ обучения. При парном прыжке ученик прикреплен к инструктору ремнями. Прыжок выполняется с высоты примерно 3100м. Ученик и инструктор находятся в свободном падении примерно 30 сек до тех пор, пока откроется общий парашют. После раскрытия парашюта ученик и инструктор используют отдельные приспособления, которые позволяют маневрировать парашютом. Парный прыжок позволяет ученику получить основные технические навыки, необходимые при полете, а также освоиться в воздушном пространстве на огромной высоте под контролем инструктора.
Одиночным считается учебный прыжок, когда полет выполняется в команде с 2 инструкторами. Ученик имеет отдельный от инструкторов парашют. Обычно такой прыжок совершается с высоты 3100метров. Во время прыжка инструкторы держат ученика по бокам и демонстрируют ему нужные движения. Постепенно ученик принимает правильное положение и приобретает необходимые навыки.
Static line – обучающий метод, при котором парашют раскрывается сразу после прыжка автоматически. Один конец стропила привязан к парашюту ученика, в то время как другой конец прикреплен к самолету. После выхода из самолета вытяжная стропа парашюта раскрывает его без участия ученика. Прыжок совершается на высоте 1100м. Обучающийся направляет парашют к земле с помощью инструктора, который отдает указания по радио, прикрепленному к ремням ученика.
Виды прыжков
В свободном падении участники парят над землей, наслаждаясь самим ощущением полета и открывающимся видом. Приблизительная скорость падения составляет около 200кмч.
Во время падения участники могут выполнять в воздухе различные упражнения. Здесь спортсмен может делать со своим телом все, что захочет, его ограничивает лишь собственная фантазия. Для безопасности особенно важна скорость, т.к. необходимо рассчитать, когда следует открыть парашют. Кроме того, важно избегать резкой смены скоростей.
Скайсерфинг (Skysurfing) – этот прыжки с парашютом, сопровождающиеся выполнением различных фигур с доской, напоминающей доску для сноуборда. Трюки выполняются в свободном падении. Как правило, вместе со спортсменом прыгает человек, который держит камеру, запечатлевающую артистические и спортивные способности участника. В таком полете спортсмен может двигаться в трех измерениях: назад и вперед, вверх и вниз, вправо и влево.
Групповой прыжок выполняется группой спортсменов, образующих геометрические фигуры в полете.
Другой тип прыжков называется Crew. После того как парашюты спортсменов открылись, они собираются в груду или стыкуются друг с другом так, что образуются замысловатые пирамиды. Потрясающее зрелище! Заказала комод №6 МДФ. Попросила привезти до подъезда.
